MEGHAN Markle plans to hire an American nanny to care for her baby and has not ruled out drafting a male MANNY into the Royal household, it has been reported. The 37-year-old actress , who is eight-months pregnant, has instructed a posh Kensington-based recruitment firm to find her a suitable candidate for the job. A source said that Meghan and husband Prince Harry have not ruled out the possibility of hiring a male child carer to look after their first born. The successful nanny would be based at the Royal couple's new Frogmore Cottage home in Berkshire and could earn up to £70,000-a-year depending on experience, it has been reported. They would also be interviewed by Harry and “strong-willed” Meghan. Speaking to The Mirror , the source said: "Meghan was clear in telling recruiters she favours an American over a Brit and wants them to feel part of the family rather than a uniformed member of staff.
