Ramona Singer threatened to quit The Real Housewives Of New York City on Thursday’s episode after her 63rd birthday party turned into a drunken mess. The reality star had planned a stately event with 50 of her girlfriends at Scarpetta, a restaurant that she had decorated to look like a glamorous version of her living room. But as the drinks flowed, things got crazy with her fellow RHONY castmates, who were committed to celebrating in their own special way.
