Kate Garraway left her Good Morning Britain co-stars in stitches after admitting her milkman left her an interesting Valentine's Day note. During Friday's instalment, GMB viewers were asked to send in their messages of appreciation ahead of February 14, although, Kate couldn't help but share her own first. 'It's Valentine's weekend, we've been talking about how we can spread a little bit of love,' Ben Shephard began. 'Not necessarily Valentine's love but with regards to lockdown, who has lifted your spirits?
