And, we couldn't help but notice that the newsreader's chosen hat was pretty similar to that of Zara Tindall 's, who was also at the event that day. Kensington Palace has confirmed that the couple will host 1,200 members of the public from all across the UK, as well as 200 people from a range of charities, 100 pupils from local schools, 530 Members of The Royal Households and Crown Estate, and the community members of Windsor Castle. But now looking to the biggest hair looks of 2018 , we think we've finally found a trend that we can get on-board with. The reverse balayage is the new colour technique taking over our feed and we've got serious hair envy. The technique is the total opposite of a balayage (blending darker strands and lightening them a sun-kissed honey hue).
